INJURY grade I myotendinous UNION rectus femoris LEFT WITH small bone fragment

ULTRASOUND MECHANISM LEFT LEG EXTENSION.

study with high frequency linear transducer on topography above is performed, with visualization of the structures in short axis and long axis observing:

Side rough, coarse and internal medial coarse features and normal morphology.
Rectus femoris its level myotendinous junction changes are observed in echogenicity and muscle approximately 12x10mm pattern associated with a small bone fragment which measures 3.4mm in its maximum shaft with adjacent data reactive hyperemia.
No associated collections are observed.
